Modern people with Great Pressure...

It's always hustle and bustle on the road every day. Either busy in the office or battling with household chore 24/7. In the case of lacking exercise or over-working particular body parts will always result in shoulder, neck or back pain. Even with playing mahjong, video games or Netflix and chill, anxiety and fatigue follow. The physical and mental stress of modern people is just unbearable.

Although Stress Release yoga is not of mainstream traditional schooling (such as Hatha or Raja), it is an alternative yoga that suits the need of modern people. After all, the posture of ancient people riding a horse is also different from the posture of modern people riding motorcycles and taking subways – of course the soreness is of different spot. Ancient people mostly used cold weapons in combat, whereas modern people use keyboards, as a result we have different symptoms in shoulder, neck or back pain than them.

Stress Release Yoga can meet the needs of our modern lives, giving tense muscles a rest, cleansing our hearts and soul with sweat, and providing sufficient exercise without the worry of getting tanned (in the case of indoor yoga).

Let’s go to YouTube and self-teach by watching yoga videos now! Alas, hold on a second. Although the fundamental asana seem to be easy to achieve by the looks of it, it is highly recommended that beginners who are just getting started to practice yoga to learn from professional instructors face to face. That's good reason – for example, doing stretching in wrong posture, forcibly stretching the injured and over-used spot, or even supporting the body with inadequately exercised limbs, will only lead to sports injuries. Therefore, it is very important to have an instructor giving appropriate guidance according to the physical condition of each student. Moreover, in a yoga studio, not only you get to have instructors to guide, but also auxiliary yoga equipment for training to borrow, which not only relieves the pressure on your mind, but also reduces the financial pressure.

Always remember, yoga practice is not for comparison with others, or to challenge difficult posture, but to focus on taking care of your body by following the instructor guidance during practice.
